What Customers Say About Good Deal Builder

“Brandon did an amazing job for us. We had foundation work completed that cracked a few bricks and caused mortar to split on the corner of the house. Brandon gave a us a very fair quote, worked all day in the Texas heat removing the bricks, grinding out remaining mortar for 2 days and repaired brick and mortar. He was courteous, friendly, provided updates and was genuine. We appreciate his great attitude, honesty, and hard work. He even fixed some brick and mortar by our pool while he was here! You need help from someone you can trust. He’s your guy.”

I hired Brandon to pour 3′ x 3′ concrete squares in order to create a sitting space in my backyard. After contacting him he came out within a day and started the project within another day or two. He broke down the cost line by line and gave me an estimate for how long the project would take - both the cost and the timeline were very accurate.

I am completely satisfied with the job that he did and would 100% use him again. He is a very hard worker, is GREAT with communication, and is very pleasant to deal with.

Five stars out of five!

I posted on Nextdoor that I was looking for someone to contact about fixing my brick mailbox that was knocked over. Brandon responded that his company does that type of repair and there are pictures on his website of a mailbox that he leveled in Carrollton. We started talking right away and agreed on a fair price for the labor and materials. He offered to fix it the following day but it was one of the recent icy cold days so we decided to wait a couple of days until it was a bit warmer.

Brandon and his helper showed up at the expected time and started the project right away. They worked efficiently and professionally. I am quite pleased with the finished job and will contact him again for other home projects and improvements. I can confidently recommend Brandon Giannasi and Good Deal Builder.

My company hired Brandon Giannasi to complete a Make Ready for Sale on one of the condominiums it manages for off-site owners. The Work Order involved sheetrock repair, tape, texture and painting, carpentry work, assembly repairing bi-fold doors, and inordinate amount of cosmetic repairs, plus painting walls, ceilings and baseboards. He met his quote to the dollar, performed in a timely manner and his workmanship was outstanding. He went "that extra mile" and repaired things not on the Work Order, but which needed repair in order to present the condominium in the best possible manner to a prospective new Owner. We are extremely pleased with his work, demeanor and conscientious approach to the project's budget. We will definitely engage him in the future.

I’m so excited about the new hand rail constructed by Good Deal Builder! Brandon did a superb job at matching the historic porch railing! It looks like the handrail is original to the house. I highly recommend Good Deal Builder and I will be using Brandon to complete more projects on my 1913 home.

Brandon converted the walkway along the side of our home from gravel/stones to a well-designed custom arrangement of concrete squares/rectangles. He had a great attitude from the beginning and worked with us closely at each step to ensure he was doing the job as we had envisioned it. He worked late to meet his estimated deadlines and we appreciated the way he handled a couple of unforeseen hiccups with the project.

‘ I highly recommend Brandon & Good Deal Builder. Brandon responded right away to my text request, he had clear understanding of what was needed, a very reasonable quote & time frame. Timely, courteous and professional, Brandon got the job done. My railings are installed along with a smooth pavement slab. We are working on the next project. Glad to have someone dependable who gets the job done. “

Review:

Brandon did an excellent job of removing unneeded bricks from our fireplace. He was courteous, professional, and has the skills to do the job we needed with excellence. He also did a great job cleaning up after job was complete. I would highly recommend him.

Brandon helped us build a circular patio out of natural stone. He did an excellent job of pouring a concrete base, leveling it, then carefully cutting and laying the stone to fit. He was thoughtful, detailed and very hardworking, as well as easy and pleasant to communicate with. We highly recommend him!

Brandon was a real pleasure to work with. How refreshing it was to have a contractor who showed up when he said he would and sent texts along the way with the project details. I will certainly use him again should the need arise.

Brandon, wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your work. You got my project done in a timely manner & it is exactly what I wanted. Your price for the project was great & you're a very easy person to work with. I think the sidewalk makes my house look better. Thank you for your hard work.

Brandon installed a handrail for us on our stone back stairs leading down to the patio. He replied quickly to my initial inquiry and gave us a few different options to consider. We actually ordered one handrail (from E-Bay-don’t recommend!) that Brandon worked very hard on for at least 2 hours before concluding that the Ebay railing was inferior. We sent that one back and got the railing Brandon suggested. It is beautiful, sturdy, and professionally installed. We so appreciate Brandon’s extra efforts to make sure everything was just right. He was so pleasant to work with. A true professional. I highly recommend him for any of your home projects.

“Brandon did a excellent job re-staining my back deck, he went thru the proper steps in accomplishing the outcome. He also did a great job repairing some rotted post I had. I will definitely hire Brandon again for other projects around my house.”

Brandon did two jobs for us. Concrete repair on the sidewalk and new handrails on the front porch. The handrails were fabricated to our design and look great. The sidewalk repair was completed quickly and also solid and good looking.

We recommend Brandon to anyone needing home repairs.

Hired Brandon to refresh a rental property after long term tenants moved out. He helped patch holes, minor drywall work, paint, and power wash. The best part was that our communication was virtual, which saved me a trip. He was able to figure out exactly what needed to be done and was diligent with before/after photographs of the problem areas to assist with evaluating the tenants’ security deposit. I went by after all work was completed and was impressed. Price was very fair compared to other contractors. Trustworthy. Highly recommend him for a tenant refresh job.

Brandon replaced our old sidewalk and widened it by a foot. He was conscientious about watching for sprinkler heads and irrigation lines. He also straightened our 28-year-old brick mailbox that was listing badly to one side. He kept us apprised of his work via texts and pictures which my disabled husband greatly appreciated. Brandon is a bit of a perfectionist about his work. That is a quality his customers can appreciate. We would not hesitate to use this personable, hard-working young man again!

I recommend Brandon as he worked with us over several crazy days to get our house ready to sell. He was personable and easy to work with and insisted on taking back materials that were not to his standard of quality. I hope to hire him again soon!

Brandon was great to work with and helped us out with a variety of different projects, including updating our front porch columns and replacing old and damaged wood trim on our garage. He communicated with us every step of the way and completed the jobs in a timely, efficient manner. We appreciated his expertise and would use him again. Highly recommend!

I got a couple of other quotes before finding Brandon. What an excellent experience with a beautiful end result! While the others just threw a number out, Brandon took the time to provide a breakdown of his quote via email. Having constant communication including pictures via text was so reassuring. I knew exactly what to expect and he did what he said he was going to. He will help us again!

Wow! I now have a new patio! Brandon removed all the old problem pavers and poured concrete to create a new area. He was a pleasure to work with and handled issues that cropped up (some pre-existing concrete, tree roots) with skill and confidence. Communicated well with detailed texts and photos. Highly recommend!

Brandon did an excellent job removing concrete and fencing from our house and did an outstanding job. He quickly responded to our initial inquiry and was communicative throughout the whole process. His attention to detail and thoroughness was extremely appreciated and we look forward to working with him again. We appreciate the hard work, in the cold rain no less.

Since we had a very good previous experience working with Brandon, he was our first go-to when we needed to replace a large section of our concrete path, and also remove a substantial concrete pad in our yard. Just as we hoped, he again did a great job, was very responsive, and completed the work in a timely fashion. He is a careful worker, cleans up very thoroughly and takes pride in his work. We highly recommend him!

I had a significant water intrusion issue in my patio. The solution wasn't obvious and I had struggled with the issue for awhile. Since Brandon had done work for me before, I contacted him to help me with this problem. He came out, assessed the situation, and came up with a few different solutions. He explained each fix to me in detail and was clear about the cost of each. Today the work was done and I am so relieved! And as a bonus: it looks good! He is so creative! Highly recommend! Thank you.

Brandon did a great job repairing, replacing & resealing my attic dormer (window area) where it had deteriorated due to the elements; also reapplied metal siding that had fallen off front of house. He came up w/ good solutions & was careful to keep me apprised of his progress throughout the project.

“Brandon has done a fantastic job of transforming the curb appeal on my home! Between the drive way, leveling out my porch, and adding railings— his work massively improved the look & function! The final project (for now) was the railings. Brandon did all the welding and install and did a great job! It looks so nice and it’s much safer for kids to play on the porch. When we are ready for the next project, we’ll certainly give Brandon a call!”

Brandon with Good Deal Builder helped me with a small project I had been putting off. He was on time, courteous and helped me trouble-shoot an issue with an HDMI cable inside a cabinet/wall that was causing issues. I give him 5 stars, and will be using him in the future for more protects!

Many thanks to Brandon for the excellent sidewalk and driveway repair. He matched our stone, offered a fair price, and communicated well throughout the process. The final product looks great!

I had been looking for a contractor to build a patio cover for my outside deck. I posted on Carrollton chatters I got some recommendations that I contacted which either didn't ever show up or send me an estimate and then I got a response from Brandon Giannasi with "Good Deal builder."

He was very helpful to help me with the HOA forms and all the information. It took a while to complete the paperwork but he continued to guide me until it was approved

He started working as soon as we had the ok

The deck cover looks great and he was 100% dependable and honest.

I would recommend his crew. They were polite and worked all day

I just can't say enough

I would recommend him and his crew to anyone needing contract work!

“Brandon and his crew were fantastic and poured the driveway of my dreams. Brandon is excellent at communication during every step of the process. His crew left the area near and tidy - they even tossed a small pile of my yard waste into their truck to hall it off for me! The driveway turned out amazing and I couldn’t be happier!”

Highly recommend Brandon!! We had furniture for my daughters new condo that needed to be picked up in North Dallas and delivered/ assembled in downtown Dallas. The furniture assembly ended up being more involved than we previously thought. Brandon was honest up front about additional time needed and an additional cost that would come with it before he began. We appreciated his honest, up front approach that ultimately left the decision up to us on whether to move forward. We did and he did a fabulous job! Thank you Brandon!

Brandon took a difficult project that we were struggling for anybody to take on and finished it like a true professional. He was deliberate and didn’t skip any corners when installing our wall mounted basketball hoop , and the finished procure looks great. I really appreciated that he took the time to do it right , would recommend him highly for any project you may have.

Brandon was awesome! On time and did a great job. He can take care of most anything around yard and home. Super reliable! Great work.

Brandon redid our Pennsylvanian blue front walk way. He did a wonderful job!! Easy to work with, reliable, beautiful product. I highly recommend him.

Brandon installed and painted new fascia and trim on my garage and shed, as well as built new cedar planter boxes for the house. He was very open and detailed with pricing and communicative throughout the process which was much appreciated. I am very satisfied with the job he did and wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to him again for future work!

I first noticed Brandon’s work on my neighbors stone paver sidewalk. I got a favorable recommendation and contact info for Brandon. He did an outstanding job replacing and repairing all of the stone pavers on my circular drive and porch. I then hired Brandon to install a steel handrail on my back porch. Once again a timely and meticulous job was done. I highly recommend Good Deal Builder!

I saw Brandon’s post on PC Online Yard Sale! page on Facebook. I reached out to him for a meeting and proposal to replace our front sidewalk from our circle drive to the porch. Within less than a week we received and approved his proposal and the job was completed! Brandon was detailed, meticulous, courteous and he communicated expectations and timelines very well. We have already referred neighbors and friends his way. We are very pleased with his work and anticipate being repeat customers. We highly recommend Good Deal Builder!

A large section of my carport was falling apart. I texted Brandon some pictures and I very quickly received a quote that broke down all of the repair costs. Within a few days my carport was good as new. On top of that, he explained what caused the damage and the extra steps he took to ensure that it did not happen again. I really appreciated the extra steps and communication.

We had a 3-ft retention wall built in our yard 20 years ago. It was poorly built and had no foundation. It began to lean outward almost immediately, but didn't fall until last summer. We checked around and asked Brandon for an estimate. The amount he bid was fair, and the construction he proposed was very good. He was able to start work almost immediately and finished very quickly. He kept in touch every step of the way, even though we weren't able to be there for most of the construction. The resulting wall is very, very nice and will long outlast us. And probably the next several generations. We will stain the concrete and settle back to enjoy it. It's nice to know that at least one headache has turned into something we both like.

I highly recommend Brandon for his hard work, dedication, excellent chalking/painting and willingness to do his best on my projects: deck sanding/staining, kitchen and master bath cabinets repair/painting and other misc. handyman projects. Thank you, Brandon, for a job well done! I already have 3 friends interested in talking to you about their needed projects with more to come! I will definitely call you with my future projects.

Brandon Giannasi from “Good Deal Builder” did an excellent job on my deck railings around my pool. They were on time. They came out with a 4 man crew and knocked the job out in one day. Communication and pictures during the whole process. Phone calls and messages were answered quickly.

I can’t say enough about this company.

We hired them for another job for next week.

Thanks for a wonderful job.

We hired Brandon and GoodDeal Builder to level some large concrete pavers at our house in the m streets. I was worried if anyone could get them close to their original positions. Brandon and his team were able to do just that. Highly recommend them for any project!

Brandon and his team did an excellent job in demolishing and rebuilding a 20 year old cedar arbor/ fence attached to our home.

The design was complex and Brandon’s carpenter and workers completed the project over the hot 4th of July week. Brandon’s proposal was very complete, detailed and fairly priced. Work was started and completed on schedule including staining. Debris was hauled off. We could not be any happier with the rebuilt arbor & fence.

Brandon, with Good Deal Builder, was very responsive in getting us pricing for our landscaping job. He cleaned out the flowerbeds, got the old stuff out and added new soil and mulch everywhere. He did a great job and left the area clean and looking great. We would definitely use him again.

I had a variety of odd jobs around the house, including painting, settlement crack repair, damaged soffit, leaks in the roof, banister replacement, cracks in my hardwood floors, cement work, and more. When I found Brandon and Good Deal Builder, I texted him and he came out on the same day and gave me a quote that night. We started work a few days later. He is good at creative problem solving. He's good at communicating - can text whenever. We had a lot of change orders and scope increases and he was very flexible and very reasonable with the changes. He has a positive attitude and is a hard worker. I am happy to recommend Good Deal Builder.
